china is coming ... but when?
the country with the most inhabitants has only got one cache for 8 million people (total about 170 caches). on the other side, the united states have one cache for every 600 inhabitants (about 500,000).
in asia, the cache fever has not really started yet. but sure, it's just a matter of time.
this coin is probably a bit ahead of time. a geocoin in chinese (mandarin). the four characters on the front side are pronounced "di li cang bao" [say: "dee lee tsung bow"], litterally meaning "geo-graphy hide trasure" (top left to bottom right).
on the back you find the characters for north, east, south, west, and center (china calls itself the country of the center).
to add some more exotic flavour, the "track this geocoin at geocaching.com" is both in chinese and in english.
ironically, china is the country that produces the most geocoins.
